In one or two sentences describe what you do at Afundi?
At Afundi I am a Junior Web Developer, supporting the development team and working with our graphic designers to to create and implement visual elements for our websites.
What do you enjoy most about working at Afundi?
One of the best things about working at Afundi is the responsiveness and faster decision making that comes from working at a small business. This means that we can adjust to new coding practises almost instantly. They also have a cool dog!
What advice would you give to someone starting their career in our industry?
There’s so many good learning resources out there, if you want to learn something, you can make as many mistakes as possible and never be afraid of asking for help.
Something no one knows about you?
The paper notepad on my desk is just a decoration.

Favourite brand and why?
Patagonia is my favourite brand. Their commitment to creating the best products and maintaining a grassroots approach to their business as well as their contribution to fighting the environmental crisis is something that keeps me going back to them.
